As a key member at Turner & Townsend, you'll leverage your 3-5 years of experience delivering pre-construction and post-contract cost services. Your work will involve preparing comprehensive construction cost estimates at various design stages, and ensuring precision in cost analysis and valuation duties. Contributing to both routine project management tasks and complex financial responsibilities, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare construction cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle
• Take ownership of estimates and present to the department lead
• Apply value management techniques effectively
• Manage cost analysis and valuation tasks efficiently
• Participate in project and financial management activities
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of cost planning and estimating experience
• University degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Membership in professional organizations like CIQS or RICS
• Piping or pipeline experience preferred
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Power Point
