Become our Senior Framer for cutting-edge residential projects within Calgary's booming construction landscape. Join a dedicated team and utilize robotic technology for efficient building processes.

This full-time position focuses on leading the framing crew to construct and install prefabricated homes. You will collaborate with the Construction Manager to refine processes, interpret blueprints, and ensure that every framing project meets our high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead residential framing operations effectively

• Assemble wall and floor systems accurately on-site

• Analyze building plans for correct material use

• Uphold safety standards and contribute to quality control

• Engage in problem-solving and resource planning

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years in residential framing

• Journeyman Carpenter designation is beneficial

• Skills in AutoCAD and Revit highly regarded

• Proficient in tool operation and safety practices
