- Salary 70,000 to 75,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 80 to 100 hours bi-weekly
- Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting- Excavation
- Demolition
- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
- Utilize quantity take-off procedures
- Analyze tenders and recommend awards
- Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems
- Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
- Spreadsheet
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Purchasing, procurement and contracts
- Project coordination
