Position: Senior Estimator for Environmental Works

The Senior Estimator will be pivotal in developing comprehensive cost estimates for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in tender submissions. You will analyze technical documents, interface with clients, and lead bid processes. Your insights will drive successful project outcomes in the site development field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of project documents

• Assemble timely and organized cost estimates

• Participate in bid closings and project site visits

• Maintain databases of pricing and project histories

• Identify new leads and strategic opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

• 5-7 years of estimating experience in relevant fields

• Expertise in Bluebeam Revu, Word, and Excel

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Class 5 license essential
