Key Responsibilities:

• Validate Class 1 to Class 5 capital cost estimates

• Build comprehensive estimates including all cost components

• Lead estimate reviews and benchmarking processes

• Prepare key documents for leadership and peer reviews

• Ensure compliance with estimating guidelines

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant estimating experience

• Technical degree or equivalent experience

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Aspen-Tech Capital Cost Estimator

• Familiarity with oil sands projects beneficial
