Civil Superintendent Position at Aecon

This position reports to the Construction Manager, where your leadership will be crucial in completing projects on schedule and within budget. With over five years of relevant on-site experience, you will manage concrete works and coordinate civil activities in alignment with project specifications and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in bid reviews for project estimates and feasibility

• Lead execution of civil scopes, emphasizing concrete and duct work

• Ensure all construction actions comply with established standards

• Coordinate project activities with subcontractors and regulate interactions

• Develop and manage construction workflows and schedules

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership in on-site construction

• Strong experience in civil projects, particularly utilities

• Knowledge of high-voltage substation interfaces is a plus

• Ability to read shop and engineering drawings

• Strong organizational skills for complex project environments
