Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Estimator with significant experience in civil construction. This role requires a strategic mindset, proficiency in cost estimation, and the ability to nurture relationships across stakeholders. You will play a critical role in projects such as water systems and bridge construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop bidding strategies for profitable project acquisition

• Execute comprehensive cost estimates through all project stages

• Facilitate cost-alignment workshops for transparency

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for materials and labor

• Partner with operations to enhance project execution

Requirements:

• 15+ years in commercial and civil construction estimating

• 5+ years in a General Contracting environment

• Strong portfolio across various construction types

• Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software
