Estimator and Project Manager

Position: Estimator and Project Manager Opportunity
Take on a pivotal role as a Project Manager/Estimator at Volker Stevin, leading construction projects throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. Drive project success through accurate cost modeling and scheduling.

In this dual role, you will supervise various multidisciplinary projects, develop project estimates, and manage procurement activities. Your collaboration with consulting engineers, subcontractors, and field teams will be essential in driving projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of complex construction projects

• Develop and estimate project costs and schedules

• Conduct inspections to monitor costs and project progress

• Coordinate effectively with clients and project teams

• Implement project procedures in alignment with contracts

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar

• Heavy civil construction expertise preferred

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Experience with estimating software is a plus

• Ability to work both independently and in teams
