Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and mechanical drawings thoroughly

• Acquire pricing from equipment suppliers and subcontractors

• Oversee multiple tender processes simultaneously

Requirements:

• Licensed trades background or relevant experience

• 4+ years in the estimating field

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Proficient in technical specifications and mechanical designs
