Position: Construction Contract Administrator for Projects
METAFOR invites applications for an Intermediate Construction Contract Administrator to facilitate architectural projects during construction. This position focuses on maintaining clear documentation and contract processes.

You will work under the Team Lead in contract administration and engage with Project Leads and Principals. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in architectural practice or construction project coordination. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction documents, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills for liaising with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction contract administration processes

• Track RFIs, shop drawings, and change order documentation

• Assist in reviewing contractor payment applications

• Maintain accurate contract records and correspondence

• Support site visits and related reporting activities

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in architectural construction administration

• Familiarity with standard construction procedures and document management

• Experience using software like Part3 is an asset

• Strong organizational skills for concurrent projects

• Solution-oriented communication with project teams
