In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and documentation for residential and municipal projects. Collaborate with project teams to assess risks and opportunities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Your insights will be key during the preconstruction phase, crucial for bid competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble accurate estimates for tender submissions
• Analyze technical requirements of project documents
• Lead discussions in pre-tender meetings
• Oversee bid submission accuracy and detail
• Maintain updated pricing and labor rate databases
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• 5-7 years experience in civil infrastructure projects
• Proficient in estimation software and tools
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Utilize your expertise in estimating to drive successful project outcomes in Calgary.
