Position: Construction Cost Estimator Role
Step into a vital role as a Construction Cost Estimator at Turner & Townsend. Focus on delivering high-quality cost management for diverse projects in Calgary and across Canada.

As a Cost Estimator, you will be instrumental in preparing and presenting accurate cost estimates, managing costs, and ensuring quality control across various projects. Your 2-7 years of experience will enable you to lead a cost management team, apply Value Engineering principles, and engage clients effectively. You will significantly impact the success of real estate, healthcare, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and present Construction Cost Estimate reports

• Take ownership of cost planning and management activities

• Facilitate effective post-contract cost management

• Participate in Life Cycle costing and LEED analysis

• Conduct research on construction market conditions

Requirements:

• 5 years in construction cost services

• Relevant University Degree (Quantity Surveying)

• Membership with CIQS, RICS, or AACE is necessary

• Experience with CostX preferred

• Preferred Government of Canada reliability clearance
