Deveraux Developments seeks a Project Coordinator to enhance its Calgary team. Candidates should have a minimum of two years experience in multi-family or commercial construction projects over $10 million. This position emphasizes collaboration and involves managing project submittals, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and track project submittals using management software

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policies

• Support QA/QC processes across project phases

• Assist budgeting and forecasting for project costs

• Chair regular project meetings with contractors

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in project coordination for major construction

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture

• Familiarity with Procore, MS Excel, and MS Project an asset

• Ability to read and interpret building blueprints
