Site Superintendent

Position: Site Superintendent at Buttcon Limited
Lead construction excellence as a Site Superintendent with Buttcon Limited. Oversee essential projects, manage teams, and ensure compliance on-site in a dynamic construction environment.

As a Site Superintendent, you’ll report to the Director of Field, and play a crucial role in managing on-site activities. This includes supervising construction teams, collaborating with project stakeholders, and maintaining strict safety protocols. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead on-site construction teams effectively

• Delegate tasks and monitor work for quality adherence

• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors

• Maintain a detailed and sequenced construction schedule

• Conduct regular inspections for compliance and quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in ICI construction supervisory roles

• Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes

• Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately

• Knowledge of safety regulations per the Ontario act

• Proficiency in construction management software tools
