Construction Field Coordinator

Position: Construction Field Coordinator Role
Join PCL Builders Inc. as a Construction Field Coordinator, where you will manage project operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met in the field.

In this pivotal role, you'll assist in coordinating schedules, tracking costs, and supporting the project manager and superintendent. With a focus on quality assurance, you will conduct inspections, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain robust partnerships with subtrade partners while ensuring safety measures are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating project drawings and specifications

• Track time sheets and inventory efficiently

• Monitor and implement quality plans and inspections

• Conduct regular safety checks and training

• Aid management of subtrade communications and billings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management

• Preferred 2-3 years as a field coordinator

• Understanding of construction specifications a must

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
