Key Responsibilities:

• Design and construct both interior and exterior structures

• Collaborate with Site Superintendent using blueprints

• Utilize manual tools like chisels, drills, and sanders

• Erect scaffolding and install doors and windows

• Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout the job site

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction

• In-depth knowledge of construction quality control

• Red Seal Ticket certification required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50lbs
