You'll be responsible for developing cost estimates and project plans, managing budgets, and resolving disputes effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and requirements from inception

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors

• Oversee and report on financial project performance

• Maintain strong communication with project teams and clients

• Guide and mentor assigned project staff

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/diploma in Construction Engineering

• At least 5+ years of Project Management experience

• Essential experience in commercial construction

• LEED certification is a plus

• PMP certification may be needed
