Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Position: ITC Construction Project Manager Role
Elevate your career as a Project Manager with ITC Construction, where you'll oversee budgets, schedules, and resource management for high-rise residential projects.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Manager of Preconstruction Services to develop and manage the Control Budget. You'll also engage in contract negotiations and communications with various stakeholders, from concept design to contract signing. Your day-to-day management will ensure that construction aligns with the Master Schedule and Control Budget, while maintaining compliance with contract documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee the Control Budget for assigned projects

• Participate in contract negotiation processes and meetings

• Prepare Letters of Intent for Trades per ITC standards

• Monitor project compliance with schedules and documentation

• Log and distribute drawings and reports efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field

• 6-8 years of construction experience, ideally with high rises

• Strong multitasking abilities and communication skills

• Knowledge of project management software like Procore

• Ability to manage complex documentation accurately
