We are partnering with major homebuilders to enhance home production capacity in the Greater Calgary region. As a Site Framer, your key responsibilities include assembling wall and roof structures, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring safety standards. This role demands teamwork and offers you the chance to provide mentorship, supporting other employees in their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble pre-built wall, floor, and roof structures

• Interpret blueprints to plan project layouts

• Perform back framing to finish homes

• Guide site logistics and craning operations

• Maintain safety standards on the job

Requirements:

• 2-5 years residential framing experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Journeyman Carpenter certification is an asset

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit

• Ability to operate various hand and power tools
