Experience in flagging is advantageous, but we are willing to train driven candidates interested in contributing to our team. This role requires physical stamina and a valid driver’s license, emphasizing teamwork and commitment to safety during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely manage traffic flow through slowing and stopping vehicles

• Set up and move barricades under supervision

• Remove construction rubble from sites promptly

• Spot vehicles for safe entry and exit from work areas

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and valid license

• Capability to work in physically demanding conditions

• Open to training if inexperienced

• Availability for night shifts desired
