Position: Experienced Grader Operator Required
Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. is hiring a Grader Operator in Calgary. Ideal candidates will bring efficiency and safety to grading and excavation tasks across our projects.

As a key member of our construction team, you will manage heavy equipment operation, guarantee adherence to safety standards, and coordinate with your crew to meet deadlines.

Your role includes conducting inspections and interpreting construction plans accurately to ensure project quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders and heavy construction machinery

• Maintain equipment to ensure optimal safety

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately

• Work with supervisors and teams for workflow

• Adhere to all safety policies strictly

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in heavy machinery operation

• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certifications

• Knowledge of safety regulations in construction

• Skilled in understanding job specifications

• Physically fit for outdoor working conditions
