Position: Expert Estimator for Single Family Projects
Trico Homes seeks an experienced Senior Estimator for Single Family construction in Calgary, AB. Use your expertise to manage cost estimates and assist in delivering exceptional homes and communities.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Estimating Manager, collecting essential cost data and supporting project procurement processes. You will also play a key role in guiding junior team members while delivering detailed budgeting and feasibility analyses, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate full cost estimates for designs

• Assist in training junior estimators on best practices

• Create detailed cost estimates including material and labor analysis

• Perform feasibility analyses for innovative product integrations

• Support pricing database execution and maintenance

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in residential estimating

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Proficient with Excel and estimating software

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities

• Committed to continuous learning and industry standards
