Logel Homes is looking for a dependable individual to support the Site Superintendent in various onsite tasks. This full-time role demands at least two years of construction experience and knowledge of multi-family wood-frame construction. You'll play a key part in project meetings and daily record keeping while ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the construction schedule with trades

• Document and address potential project delays

• Support preparation of weekly progress reports

• Coordinate communications with subcontractors and trades

• Conduct framing inspections to verify compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in construction

• Knowledge of Alberta Building Code and WCB requirements

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
