Paving Foreman Role

As a Paving Foreman, your leadership will guide daily operations, quality inspections, and effective communication with asphalt suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure asphalt mix meets grade and thickness standards.

• Communicate with asphalt plant regarding material cut-offs.

• Inspect pre-paved areas thoroughly before work starts.

• Coordinate truck deliveries of asphalt to paver.

• Oversee the smoothness and quality of paved surfaces.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman.

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

• Must adhere to drug and alcohol testing policies.

• Ability to communicate professionally with team members.
