Position: Safety Coordinator at Centron Construction
Centron Construction is seeking a Safety Coordinator responsible for managing the company-wide safety program at active sites. This role emphasizes compliance with Alberta regulations and internal policies through effective inspections and training.

As the Safety Coordinator, you will oversee the corporate safety program implementation and ensure adherence to Health and Safety Regulations. Utilizing your expertise, you'll directly support site teams and encourage compliance with safety standards. Your commitment to improving health and safety measures is crucial in safeguarding our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate safety program across sites

• Conduct daily site inspections for hazard identification

• Coordinate safety training programs and procedures

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies

• Lead daily orientation and safety meetings

Requirements:

• NCSO, CRSP, or OHS Diploma required

• 3-5 years’ experience in site safety management

• Knowledge of Alberta OH&S Act is essential

• Advanced First Aid certificate preferred

• Familiarity with construction standards and codes
