Valard Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee critical Transmission projects.

This role offers strong team leadership opportunities while ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and quality standards. You will manage large-scale utility construction, fostering client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site project delivery to meet all expectations

• Manage and oversee project contracts and subcontracts

• Mentor Assistant Project Managers to enhance skills

• Ensure financial performance through effective monitoring

• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality regulations

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education in a related field

• 10 years in utility construction projects

• Proven management of large, complex projects

• PMP designation or equivalent

• Strong understanding of risk management and contracts
