Adecco is actively seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team to lead wood frame multi-family residential projects in Calgary. This full-time role offers an annual salary of $130k–$150k and involves managing all phases of construction- from pre-construction to closeout. The client is a well known General Contractor in Alberta.
You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating with trades, consultants, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in wood frame multi-family construction, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of Alberta building codes.

- Pay Rate: $130k - $145k/year.

- Leading the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through completion
- Ensuring safety, cost control, schedule adherence, quality, and documentation
- Coordinating with consultants, sub-trades, internal staff, and city officials
- Holding responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving project challenges proactively
- Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
- Building a collaborative, safety-focused team environment
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on PM experience with wood frame multi-family condo/apartment projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of Alberta building and safety codes
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools
- PMP Certification preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in project costing, purchasing, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with structural, envelope, interior finishes, MEP systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders
