Pre-Construction Coordinator

Play a vital role in project execution as a Pre-Construction Coordinator in Calgary. Support operations by preparing planning deliverables and coordinating startup activities for construction projects.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Project Delivery, you will assist with drafting and formalizing pre-construction documentation. Collaborating with General Foremen, Project Managers, and Estimators, your efforts will ensure seamless project transitions.

Your role is critical in developing project execution plans, safety documents, and more while building relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project execution and safety plans

• Coordinate document management for the project team

• Organize subcontractor and vendor engagements

• Attend project kickoff and planning meetings

• Assist with additional pre-construction tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or trades certificate

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in powerline or industrial construction is a plus

• Valid driver's license and work eligibility in Canada
