Superintendent
to join its growing operations team in Calgary.

With a strong backlog of work and a reputation built on quality, collaboration, and long-term client relationships, this organization delivers a diverse range ofAs Superintendent, you will take ownership of site operations from project start-up throughpletion, ensuring work ispleted safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily operations

Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders

Drive project schedules and proactively address site challenges

Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity

Lead site meetings and provide regular project updates

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract documents andpany standards

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent onmercial construction projects

Proven ability to manage schedules, trades, and project execution

Strong leadership andmunication skills

Thorough understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
