Sterling Homes Calgary is seeking a Pre-Occupancy Representative to finalize finishes on new homes and coordinate homeowner walkthroughs. You will oversee deficiency repairs and ensure quality standards through close collaboration with trades and suppliers.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will maintain schedules, liaise with sub-trades, and manage defect lists to ensure timely turnover to homeowners. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
