OCL Group Inc., a fully integrated Canadian general contractor, is seeking an experienced General Foreman. This role requires a results-driven leader who effectively manages teams and coordinates with clients. Your expertise in construction management will be vital for executing multiple projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct field operations ensuring safety and quality standards
• Deliver project milestones on schedule and within budget
• Assign tasks to craft personnel and subcontractors
• Compile daily and weekly progress reports for stakeholders
• Liaise with clients to resolve technical issues and schedules
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in leading civil projects
• Proven Oil & Gas facility experience is preferred
• Journeyman trades background or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills, familiarity with Google tools
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
