Construction Labourer Needed

Join Willow Haven Homes as a Construction Labourer and Helper in Calgary, AB. This permanent, full-time role seeks self-motivated candidates ready to start work immediately.

Four positions are open to assist in various construction tasks, including material transport, concrete formwork assembly, and supporting heavy equipment operators. Training will be provided, and the role requires availability for flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials efficiently

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and barricades

• Assist heavy equipment operators on-site

• Help with rock drilling and house framing

• Clean up construction debris and contaminants

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a must

• No specific education requirements needed

• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills

• Flexible working hours availability

• Must be ready to start immediately
