Midwest is seeking a Crew Chief to join our Utility Services team in Calgary. You will lead surveying tasks, manage a crew, and engage with clients while ensuring that project goals are met. This full-time position requires experience in geomatics or a related background, with a focus on safety and quality in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead surveying tasks within the Utility Services group

• Engage regularly with clients and landowners

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Land Surveyors

• Adapt to various job complexities and locations

• Work overtime as required by project demands

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license without major convictions

• Diploma or degree in Geomatics or 5+ years experience

• Proficiency with surveying equipment and Microsoft applications

• Experience in outdoor environments and with vehicle operation

• Knowledge of surveying ethics and safety regulations
