Key Responsibilities:

• Support project execution and monitor cost and schedule

• Maintain organized project records, including RFIs and shop drawings

• Assist with contract administration and change management

• Participate in site meetings and deficiency tracking

• Support project close-out activities and commissioning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field

• 3-5 years in construction as a Project Coordinator or similar

• Experience in mixed-use commercial construction

• Familiarity with Calgary’s building codes and municipal processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
