Full-Time Construction Helper

Be a key contributor to construction projects in Calgary, AB as a full-time Construction Helper. This outdoor role involves various tasks, including loading materials and assisting with building structures.

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Helper for our site in Calgary. Candidates should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than one year of experience in the construction field. Your hands-on contributions will support tradespersons throughout various construction phases, from demolition to framing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials safely

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and concrete forms

• Operate cranes to move materials and machinery

• Assist in framing roofs and walls during construction

• Remove debris and contaminants at work sites

Requirements:

• Completed secondary school graduation certificate

• 7 months to less than 1 year of construction experience

• Capable of working in outdoor and noisy environments

• Experience with hand tools and basic machinery

• Availability for early mornings and various shifts
