Construction Contract Administrator at HDR

As a key member of HDR's Building Engineering Services Group, the Construction Contract Administrator plays a critical role in managing construction contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with codes and specifications while monitoring construction activities closely. This position requires a keen understanding of contracts and a supportive approach to field operations and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer construction contracts on-site and manage documentation

• Attend coordination and progress meetings with stakeholders

• Review submittals and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs)

• Maintain accurate daily records of work performed and materials used

• Conduct onsite observations and track installation compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Technology

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience on multidisciplinary projects

• Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and schedules

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar software
