Civil Construction Underground Supervisor

Lead the underground crew at KLS Earthworks & Environmental, based in Calgary. In this role, you'll ensure safe installation of utilities while maintaining project quality and progress.

KLS Earthworks & Environmental is on the lookout for an Underground Supervisor. This position requires a seasoned leader with 5-10 years of utility construction experience. You will manage daily crew activities, oversee installations, and coordinate between various site personnel to keep projects on schedule and ensure compliance with specified standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise underground construction crews

• Oversee the installation of various underground utilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and project specs

• Plan daily work and communicate with crew members

• Monitor productivity and enforce safety practices

Requirements:

• 5-10 years as an Underground Supervisor or Foreman

• Strong utility installation experience

• Ability to read construction drawings

• Valid driver's licence

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
