In this full-time position, you will collaborate with the Construction Manager and manage trades while ensuring quality finishes in new homes. Tasks include repairing deficiencies and handling documentation for homeowner engagement. A strong ability to communicate and problem-solve is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair deficiency items prior to walkthrough
• Assist trades in completing finishes
• Update and manage construction schedules
• Ensure timely installations by liaising with sub-trades
• Facilitate homeowner appointments and walkthroughs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years in new home development
• Valid driver’s license for site visits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Successful criminal record verification
