Senior Estimator for Commercial Projects

In this office-based Senior Estimator role, you will guide estimating strategies for hard bid, cost-plus, and design-build projects. You will analyze plans and specifications, conduct site visits, and utilize advanced estimating tools like Onscreen Take Off (OST) to ensure competitive bids. The focus will be on leading subcontractor solicitation efforts and collaborating with your team for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead subcontractor and supplier quoting efforts for large bids

• Analyze plans and specifications for bid estimates

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and documentation

• Integrate drawing specifications into submitted bids

• Present estimates and proposals to stakeholders
Requirements:

• 10+ years of estimating experience in ICI construction

• Degree in Construction Management, Estimating, or related field

• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software

• Understanding of trade-related construction documents

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration
