Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractor and supplier selection processes

• Prepare detailed bid estimates and quantity take-offs

• Review RFIs and integrate specifications into bids

• Develop project schedules based on estimates

• Present estimates to navigate through approvals

Requirements:

• 10+ years of ICI construction estimating experience

• Background in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering

• Advanced MS Office and estimation software skills

• Strong knowledge of construction documents and budgeting

• Effective communication for collaboration with teams
