Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead on-site construction efforts

• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

• Prepare and maintain detailed construction schedules

• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment

• Facilitate subtrade meetings for effective planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory ICI role

• Solid understanding of construction processes

• Skilled in reading blueprints and project documentation

• Knowledge of Ontario health and safety regulations

• Experience with construction management software
