Experienced Flooring Estimator Role

We are seeking an adept Estimator for our Calgary office, where your analytical insights will shape project estimations for our Builder partners. You will be responsible for accurately preparing estimates using advanced tools like Measure Square, alongside interpreting blueprints. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within a vibrant team focused on success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise measure and take-offs of floor plans

• Collaborate with Builders for information and schedule updates

• Utilize Measure Square to input detailed estimation data

• Maintain the estimating database with relevant updates

• Provide mentorship to junior estimators in the team

Requirements:

• Proficient in estimating systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications

• Post-secondary education in related fields preferred

• Experience in construction estimation is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
