Position: Commercial Estimator for Tenant Improvements
Lead the estimation and bidding process as a Commercial Estimator in our client's dynamic construction team. You will ensure high accuracy and clarity in bids while supporting project goals.

As an experienced Estimator, you will oversee all estimating activities for commercial tenant improvement projects.

Your role includes preparing and finalizing bids, assessing risk, and collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager and Project Management teams. You will identify new project opportunities and develop preliminary project schedules and budget forecasts to support successful bids.
