Senior Piping Superintendent at Aecon

In this site-based position, you'll apply over 5 years of industrial construction experience focused on piping and mechanical scopes.

Your role will encompass leading field operations, coordinating trades, and mentoring personnel, fostering a culture of safety and quality, aligned with Aecon's core values. You’ll be responsible for implementing detailed schedules and managing inspections to uphold standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate constructability and labour productivity during bids

• Coordinate pipe fitting and welding to meet quality benchmarks

• Monitor installation methods to comply with safety standards

• Engage with clients to address piping project updates

• Resolve project challenges through effective troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in piping and industrial construction

• Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles

• Familiarity with isometric drawings and P&IDs

• Strong organizational capabilities and communication skills

• Commitment to safety and quality assurance practices
