Construction Project Manager at EllisDon

As a Project Manager with Ellis Don, you will oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include managing contracts, preparing accurate billings, and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders. Successful candidates will possess a strong background in construction management, specifically in buildings, and have the ability to lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall construction from pre-construction to completion

• Ensure timely and accurate billing for Owners and subcontractors

• Communicate project concerns and best interests with Owners

• Monitor and forecast project cost reports for cash flow

• Lead project meetings with internal and external teams

Requirements:

• Construction related degree/diploma with 8-15 years experience

• Experience managing building projects preferred

• Working knowledge of project management software

• Ability to mentor and delegate effectively

• Strong client relationship skills
