Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage tender requests efficiently

• Review plans to determine pricing and scope

• Create RFIs and analyze vendor responses

• Attend pre-bid meetings to assess project conditions

• Facilitate a smooth project hand-off to field staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating

• Clear understanding of general contracts and pricing

• Strong ability to work under pressure
