Senior Project Manager Defence Infrastructure

Lead major defence projects with GHD across Canada. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee secure, high-complexity infrastructure initiatives, delivering critical outcomes for public sector clients.

In this strategic role, you will serve as the primary leader for defence infrastructure projects 'll manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Your expertise with Defence Construction Canada (DCC) and understanding of federal governance will be pivotal in delivering success across military bases and civic buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to close-out

• Establish governance frameworks for project execution

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in various technical disciplines

• Interface with clients, contractors, and DCC for project alignment

• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• 12+ years of project delivery experience

• 5+ years on defence or federal projects

• Proven track record on projects over $25M

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
