Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager experienced in commercial, institutional, and light industrial construction.

You will manage multiple projects and guide your teams through each project lifecycle step. Your ability to foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors will be crucial in maintaining project quality and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle project management in ICI construction
Manage budgeting, scheduling, and execution accurately

Requirements:

8-15+ years of ICI construction experience
