Senior Consultant in Cost Estimation

As a key player at Turner & Townsend, you will serve as a Senior Cost Consultant with at least 8 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure. You will prepare comprehensive cost estimates and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the financial viability of major engineering projects. This hybrid opportunity allows you to engage with diverse teams while enhancing your expertise in cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects

• Present cost plans and interact with key stakeholders

• Review and validate contractor cost submissions

• Provide cost reconciliation and justification to clients

• Facilitate value engineering workshops for cost savings

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 8-15 years in cost estimation environments

• Knowledge of rail systems and project delivery processes

• Strong communication skills for client relations

• Experience with digital takeoff and BIM tools preferred
