Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive project estimates and proposals
• Review drawings and calculate material and labor costs
• Analyze tenders and verify project scope accurately
• Work alongside sales teams to develop compelling proposals
• Maintain accurate supplier information and contracts
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license needed
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Basic understanding of construction processes required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
